Brother Larry T. Robinson was born October 29, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan.He was the first and only child of Delores Robinson. In 1952, She decided it would be best for them to move to Nashville, Tennessee to be closer to their family. There she worked day and night as a maid to support her family. Larry later graduated from North Nashville High School in 1967. Shortly afterward he felt the need to return to his roots and relocated to his hometown, Detroit. On December 17th, 1977 he married the love of his life Thelma LaChrisha. They have two wonderful young men, Larry Larnelle who is the Vice President of God’s World Entertainment, and Patrick Darnelle, an architectural engineer.

It was there in Detroit with his family where God began to reveal his purpose for Larry’s life.”It was early one Friday morning, and I was sitting at the breakfast table, and it seems as if a Light was shining directly down on me, and that’s when Larry recalls when he originally received the vision God gave him. On May 7, 1979, the owner of Hosanna Bible book store sold his business to Robinson for $3,500. He has since expanded and purchased the rest of the block he is currently on.

Larry Robinson, despite his success remains very humble and focused on the vision the Lord has given him for God’s World. When asked to describe himself, in a few words, his only reply was “country and blessed”. He continues to work faithfully for the Lord and trusts God to bring to pass the entire vision. His ultimate aspiration is to create a literal interpretation of the Old and New Testaments. This project would function as a tourist site, and true to life illustration of the entire bible.

“This is my ultimate goal, because a project of this magnitude could lead millions to Christ, but it is a step by step process, and currently I’ve just completed Phase I of it.”

Mr. Larry Robinson continues to honor God in his work. God has blessed him through his ministry and in turn he has blessed many.
